Roof Maintenance Plan

Roof Maintenance Plan $149

through April 30th. Package includes a roof inspection, reseal pipe boots, caulk visible exposed nails and seal around chimney flashing if needed. We will also go in your attic and see if you have any leaks that are not noticeable from the exterior. This is a $300 value. Call for an appointment. 864-241-8133 Your home must be in Upstate, SC.
